How many lessons an SAT score jump takes
The useful way to budget for the SAT is by how many points you are trying to move, not by how many weeks are left. A student going from 1250 to 1400 is fixing a handful of recurring errors and learning to pace two adaptive modules; twenty lessons is usually enough, and ten can be if the diagnostic shows the problem is concentrated in one section. A student going from 1050 to 1350 is rebuilding content knowledge as well, and that is closer to forty or fifty.
The most expensive mistake is buying a large package before anyone has looked at a diagnostic. A student whose Math is already strong does not need twenty Math lessons, and a package bought on a guess usually ends with lessons unspent or with the wrong half used. Sit the diagnostic first; the recommendation that follows is frequently for a smaller package than the enquiry assumed.
The College Board’s own fee is separate
Nothing here covers the SAT registration fee, which you pay to the College Board directly when you book your test date, or the international surcharge that applies at UAE test centres. Budget for those alongside preparation rather than inside it.
One-to-one lesson packages
Every lesson is 90 minutes with the same tutor. The per-lesson rate falls as the package grows, and the single lesson exists so you can meet a tutor before committing to a block.

Packages do not expire on a fixed date; they are used at the pace you and the tutor set. Unused lessons are refundable under the terms on the refund policy page.
Group course
A live online cohort following a fixed syllabus and timetable, at a fraction of the one-to-one cost. 72 taught hours. It suits a student who is on track and needs structure, rather than one with specific gaps.

Cohorts run to a published timetable and open on set dates, so the start is not chosen by you the way a private schedule is. Ask us when the next one begins before you buy.

Neither of these needs a lesson booked alongside it. They are bought and used on their own, and plenty of students only ever buy these.
