What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address and phone number you provide, the programme you select, and anything you write in the message field. We collect this because we cannot answer an enquiry without it.
We do not ask for a date of birth, a national identity number, passport details, payment card details or any special category data through this website. If a form appears to ask you for any of these, do not complete it and contact us.
How we use it
Enquiry data is used to reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and, if you go on to book lessons, to administer them. It is not used to build an advertising profile, it is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to the conversation, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies unless you consent to them. Strictly necessary cookies — the ones that make the site function, such as remembering your language choice — are set without consent because the site cannot work without them. The cookie policy sets out the detail.
Your rights
