What to include
The three things that let us give a useful answer rather than a generic one are the exam, the date you are sitting it, and roughly where the student is now — a recent practice score, a school grade, or simply which topics are causing trouble.
If you are a parent enquiring on behalf of a student, say so. It changes nothing about what we offer, but it tells us who to address the reply to and how much background to include.
What happens next
We read the enquiry and reply by email with a suggested tutor, an outline plan and current rates in dirhams. If we do not think we are the right fit, we will say that instead of arranging a call anyway.
If it looks like a fit, the next step is a short consultation — about fifteen minutes — followed by a diagnostic. Neither is charged for, and neither commits you to booking anything.
We are online, across the whole UAE
There is no centre to visit. Lessons are delivered online to students in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the northern emirates on identical terms, scheduled in UAE time.
