These terms govern the use of this website and the tutoring services booked through it.

Services
We provide online one-to-one tutoring and examination preparation. All services are delivered remotely. We do not operate a teaching centre in the United Arab Emirates and nothing on this website should be read as offering in-person tuition at a physical location.
A booking is confirmed when we have agreed the programme, the number of lessons and the schedule, and payment terms have been settled. Until then, quotes are indicative.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular score, grade, band, admission outcome or examination result. Outcomes depend substantially on the student’s own work between lessons, their starting position and factors outside anyone’s control. Any estimate we give at the consultation is a professional judgement, not a promise.
Conduct and safeguarding
Students and tutors are expected to treat each other with respect. We may end a lesson or terminate an engagement where conduct makes teaching unreasonable.
Where a student is under eighteen, the booking is made by a parent or guardian, who remains responsible for the arrangement. Parents may observe lessons.
Intellectual property
Study plans, worksheets and other materials we provide are licensed to the student for their own preparation. They may not be redistributed, resold or published. Third-party examination papers remain the property of the awarding body and are used under whatever terms that body permits.
Governing law and contracting entity
The service is provided by TestPrep LLC., 777 NW 72nd Ave STE 1075, Miami, FL 33126, United States, trading as TestPrep UAE.
