Terms of Sale

These terms apply to orders placed on www.testprepuae.com. You accept them, together with the Pre-contract Information, at checkout before you pay.

    Last updated: 30 October 2026

    1. Who we are

Seller: TestPrep LLC., trading as TestPrep UAE

Address: 777 NW 72nd Ave STE 1075, Miami, FL 33126, United States

    Phone: +44 7862 610215

    Email: info@testprepeurope.com

    Website: www.testprepuae.com

You are the person who places the order. For products that open on an account, that is the holder of the account signed in at checkout. For lessons, group courses and private groups, it is the person whose name, email and phone are given with the order. When a parent books for a student, the parent is the buyer and the student's name is given with the order.

    2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every order for the services and digital content below placed on www.testprepuae.com. They are concluded in English. Use of the site itself is covered by our Terms of Service. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

    3. What we sell

    • One-to-one lessons: One-to-one lessons are 90 minutes. A single lesson can be bought up to ten at a time (ten is the price of the 10-lesson package); after payment we contact you to match the tutor and agree the times.
    • Packages with practice tests and a question bank: Where a package includes practice tests or a question bank, they open on your account when you pay.
    • Group courses: A group course place is bought for one class, on its published dates, and the class is chosen at checkout: there is no purchase without a class. A class is sold up to its printed last day to register, three days before the start. After that day it can no longer be bought online, and you can contact us to ask whether a place is still free. When no class is open, group courses are not sold, and no place is reserved for dates that have not been published.
    • IB programmes: IB has no class dates, so IB Revision, Pre-IB and Mid-IB are not sold as group courses; in a group they are taught only as IB private groups, set out below.
    • Private groups: A private group is three or more students who enrol together. Each student buys their own place; we then form the group, agree the days and times with it, and send the timetable.
    • IB private groups: For IB Revision and group lessons during the school year, the price per student is the IB Revision price for the same number of subjects. Pre-IB and Mid-IB are also sold as IB private groups, each with its own number of lessons and its own price per student for the number of subjects, as shown at checkout. Every IB private group is paid in one payment; the buyer names the subjects, each at HL or SL, at checkout, and it includes no practice tests or question bank.
    • Question banks: A question bank plan gives access to the sections it names for 120 days (AP: 240 days), counted from the day it opens on your account: when your payment goes through, or, for a bank whose questions are not all published yet, on the day they are. It is one payment and does not renew.
    • Practice tests: Each practice test can be sat twice and stays on your account for 12 months from the day it opens. You choose the tests of a pack at checkout; where fewer tests are published than the pack holds, the rest are added to your account on the day each is published.
    • IB grader credits: IB grader credits are added to your account when your payment goes through; one credit marks one piece of written work.

Lessons in a package stay valid until they have been used. Practice tests that come with a package or a course stay available for 12 months from the day they open on your account, and the question bank for 4 months (8 months for the AP question bank) from the day it opens.

The name, quantity and total price of what you buy are shown in the order summary at checkout, which forms part of this contract.

    4. Prices and payment

The exact amount is shown at checkout. The total in the order summary is the amount you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe, and your card details never reach us. Your invoice is sent to your email address.

Instalments are available for group courses, private groups (not the IMAT or IB private group) and the AP and IMAT all-topics packages only; the number of instalments and the amount of each are shown in the order summary before you pay. The first is taken at checkout and the rest one month apart from the same card, for the same amount; your card is saved with Stripe for that purpose. Instalment plans are paid by card only and cannot be paid by bank transfer.

    5. Delivery and performance

    • Private lessons take place online, on days and at times agreed with you after payment.
    • Group lessons take place online on the days and at the times of your course timetable.
    • Private-group lessons take place online on days and at times agreed with the group once it has been formed; we tell you when your group is ready.
    • Live lessons are recorded, and recordings can be watched for 14 days after each lesson.
    • Practice tests and question banks open on your account as soon as your payment goes through; anything not yet published opens on the day it is.
    • Practice tests and a question bank included with a package open at payment. Those included with a group course open as follows: the question bank once the first week is over, the practice tests on the day the last topic lesson is taught. In a private group they open in the same order, following your group’s timetable; an IB private group includes neither.
    • A scheduled lesson can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before it starts. A lesson cancelled less than 3 hours beforehand counts as delivered and is not refunded. If the lesson fee has not been paid at least 3 hours before the lesson, the lesson is cancelled automatically.
    • If a tutor cannot attend, the lesson is rescheduled at no cost to you, or credited if rescheduling is not practical. A cancellation on our side is never charged for and never consumes a lesson from a package.

    6. Your right of withdrawal

Private lessons, group courses and private groups. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you complete the payment. At checkout you expressly request that the lessons may start before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. If you withdraw after lessons have started, private lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price, the lessons already held in a group course or private group are charged in proportion to the course, and the rest is refunded (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 14(3)). Once all the lessons you bought have been given, the right of withdrawal ends (Article 16(a)). Our guarantees in section 7 go further and apply in addition; where both apply, you get whichever is better for you.

The practice tests and question bank included in a group course are digital content. They open on your account on the dates stated in the delivery section; at checkout you ask for this and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from each of them once you start using it (Article 16(m)).

Packages with practice tests and a question bank. Its practice tests and question bank open on your account when the payment goes through (anything not yet published opens on the day it is). At checkout you expressly request this and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from them once you start using them (Article 16(m)). Its lessons follow the rule above. If you withdraw from the package, the list prices of its used practice tests and question bank on the day you bought it are deducted from what we refund.

Practice tests and question banks. At checkout you ask us to give you access as soon as it opens, and confirm that you understand your right of withdrawal ends once you start using it. The right of withdrawal therefore ends for each of them once you start using it (Article 16(m)).

How to withdraw. Tell us of your decision with a clear statement before the period ends: use "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page, email info@testprepeurope.com, or write to the address in section 1. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your statement before the 14 days are over.

What happens next. We refund all payments received from you, less the lessons already given (private lessons at the single-lesson price; group courses and private groups in proportion to the course), and the list prices of any digital content whose right of withdrawal has already ended, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are told of your decision. We refund to the card you paid with, and you pay no fees for the refund. If you are on an instalment plan, the remaining instalments are not taken.

    7. Our guarantees and refunds

    • Not satisfied after your first private lesson? Full (100%) refund. We do not offer free trial lessons. Payment is required before your first lesson.
    • Not satisfied after the first week of your group course? Full (100%) refund.
    • The same applies to a private group: not satisfied after its first week? Full (100%) refund.
    • After the first week, group course fees are not refunded. Each group is built around its enrolled students: the class size, the tutor and the timetable are set for them, and when one student leaves, the course changes for everyone else in the group. This does not affect your legal right to withdraw within 14 days of payment: if you withdraw in that period after lessons have started, the lessons already held are charged in proportion to the course and the rest is refunded.
    • If we accept you into a class after its last day to register because a seat is still free, the first week is counted from the first lesson you attend.
    • A group course opens when enough students have enrolled. If there are not enough enrolments, each student who has paid chooses between a full refund of the amount paid, a place in the next group to start, and one-to-one lessons of the same value.
    • Where a package includes practice tests or a question bank, they open on your account when you pay, and if you later ask for a refund, the list prices, on the day you bought the package, of those you have used are deducted from the amount we return.
    • You can cancel a lesson package at any time. Lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price and the rest is refunded. The first-lesson guarantee applies on top.
    • IB grader credits are digital too: you can ask for a refund of a credit pack you have not used within 14 days of the payment date; once any credit from the pack has been used, it is not refunded.
    • Practice tests and question bank included in a course: a refund under the first-week guarantee is a full refund, because they do not open before the first week is over.
    • Practice tests, question banks and AI Tutor time are digital content. You can ask for a refund of a digital product you have not used within 14 days of the payment date. A product counts as used once any practice test in the pack has been started, any question in a paid section of the question bank has been opened, or any second of AI Tutor time has been used; a used product is not refunded.
    • Approved refunds are made to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Withdrawals under section 6 are refunded within the 14 days stated there. A full refund of the first payment stops any remaining instalments.
    • Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee that what we provide conforms to the contract, are not affected.

    8. Duration

Each order is a one-off contract, and nothing renews automatically. Lessons in a package stay valid until they have been used. A group course runs on its timetable. On an instalment plan, nothing is charged after the last instalment. Digital content stays available for the period stated in section 3.

    9. Your obligations

Keep your account details to yourself. Do not share lesson recordings, and do not copy, distribute or sell questions, recordings or other materials. The rest is in our Terms of Service.

    10. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to info@testprepeurope.com or through our contact page. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country. Consumers in Turkey may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court of their place of residence, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade.

    11. When the contract is made

The contract is concluded when you complete the payment, after ticking the boxes at checkout: confirming that you have read and accept the Pre-contract Information and these Terms of Sale, and, for private lessons, group courses and private groups, asking for the lessons to start within the withdrawal period. We email you a copy of these terms, the Pre-contract Information and the model withdrawal form once the payment has gone through; you can also save or print this page. The version published when you pay is the one that applies to your order.
