How Tutoring Works
Every student starts with a consultation and a diagnostic, and ends with a plan that has a date on it. Here is what happens in between.

The sequence
Four stages. The first two cost nothing and exist so that nobody books a package that does not fit.
Consultation
A short conversation about the exam, the date, the current position and what the target actually is. We will say if we think tutoring is not the right answer.
Diagnostic
A full test or a subject assessment under real conditions. It produces a starting point and an error profile, which is the part that shapes the plan.
Matching and planning
A tutor is chosen for the specific weakness, and the schedule is written backwards from the exam date so the plan has to fit the time available.
Lessons and review
Regular sessions with checkpoints. If the mid-point practice says the plan was wrong, the plan changes rather than the target quietly slipping.
How lessons are delivered
Lessons are one-to-one and online, on video with a shared digital whiteboard, so that working through a problem looks the way it would on paper. Nothing needs installing beyond a browser, and a laptop or tablet with a stable connection is enough.
The standard session is ninety minutes, which is long enough to work through a full past-paper section and review it in the same sitting. Sixty-minute sessions are available for younger students and for maintenance work where the intensity is lower.
Scheduling from the UAE
All scheduling is done in UAE time. Weekday evenings after school and weekend mornings are the most requested slots, and both are available; the tutor pool is international, so an evening in the Emirates is a working hour somewhere.
Schedules are set weekly rather than session by session, because a fixed slot is far more likely to survive a busy term than one negotiated each week. Where a family travels during school holidays, lessons continue on the same slot in the new time zone or pause by agreement.

A written plan
Week by week, from today to the exam date, so the whole schedule is visible rather than revealed one session at a time.
Work between sessions
Specific practice, not "revise chapter four". The lesson after checks it.
Practice tests
Scheduled at intervals and reviewed in the following session, question by question.
Progress updates
Written updates against the plan, so a parent can see whether it is on track without having to ask.
One point of contact
Where two tutors are involved, they coordinate with each other rather than leaving the family to do it.
Plan revision
If the checkpoints say the schedule was optimistic, we say so and change it early.
What we will tell you honestly
If the target is not reachable in the time available, we will say so at the consultation rather than after eight lessons. A smaller realistic gain that actually happens is worth more to a student than a larger one that was never on.
