Refunds and Cancellations
How to move a lesson, what happens if you cancel late, and what we do with unused lessons.

Rescheduling a lesson
Lessons can be moved with reasonable notice at no cost. Notice matters because a tutor has prepared for the session and has held the slot; a late change means that time cannot be reallocated.

Cancelling a package
Where a package has been booked and lessons remain unused, those lessons are not treated as forfeited by default. Depending on the circumstances they may be rescheduled, transferred to another subject or sibling, or refunded.
If a student reaches their target earlier than planned, that is a successful outcome, and we would rather refund or reallocate the remaining lessons than have a family pay for tuition they no longer need.
If we cancel
If a tutor cannot attend, the lesson is rescheduled at no cost to you, or credited if rescheduling is not practical. A cancellation on our side is never charged for and never consumes a lesson from a package.
Specific terms
