Where LNAT money is well spent
Section A is comprehension and inference under time pressure. You can prepare for it with past material and a disciplined approach to elimination, and a tutor adds most in the first two or three lessons, when the approach is being set. After that you are practising, and practising alone is free.
Section B is different. It is a timed argumentative essay read by admissions tutors at a small number of universities, and there is no way to know whether yours is any good without someone who has read a great many of them telling you. That feedback loop — write, be read, rewrite — is genuinely hard to replicate alone, and it is the reason most of our LNAT students buy ten lessons rather than twenty and spend two-thirds of them on essays.
Only some law courses require it
The LNAT is used by a specific group of universities rather than by law faculties generally. Check that every course on your list actually requires it before spending anything at all on preparation — for some applicants the honest answer is that they do not need this test.
One-to-one lesson packages
Every lesson is 90 minutes with the same tutor. The per-lesson rate falls as the package grows, and the single lesson exists so you can meet a tutor before committing to a block.
