Why IMAT is the exception to buying small
Most admissions tests reward technique, which is finite and cheap to teach. IMAT rewards content: biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics and a general-knowledge and logical-reasoning section, all examined against a published syllabus that does not match any single school curriculum. A student arriving from an IB or A Level background will have covered perhaps two-thirds of it, and the missing third has to be taught rather than practised. That is why the full 46-lesson package exists and why, for a serious candidate, it usually costs less per mark gained than three separate ten-lesson blocks bought reactively.
The honest counter-case: if you are already strong across all four sciences and only need the logic section and exam practice, a ten or twenty-lesson block plus self-study is the better buy. The Italian reform does not apply to these courses
From 2025/26 Italy replaced the entrance test for its Italian-taught medicine degrees with an open first semester and a national ranking. That reform does not apply to the English-taught programmes, which continued to admit through IMAT for both the 2025 and 2026 cycles. Confirm dates and per-university quotas before you commit to a cycle.
One-to-one lesson packages
Every lesson is 90 minutes with the same tutor. The per-lesson rate falls as the package grows, and the single lesson exists so you can meet a tutor before committing to a block.

Packages do not expire on a fixed date; they are used at the pace you and the tutor set. Unused lessons are refundable under the terms on the refund policy page.
Group course
